    I have been working in the fashion industry for over 20 years.

    My experience with major international brands such as ESCADA, Laurel, and Liu Jo has given me a deep understanding of every facet of the fashion business — from creative direction to retail, B2B, and brand development.
    This practical knowledge became the foundation for my PhD thesis, which now forms the core of my signature training programs.

    Today, I combine my role as a fashion consultant with academic teaching.
    I lecture on Fashion Brand Management and Marketing at universities in Germany, where I share real-world insights with the next generation of fashion professionals.
